Hi Halliebeth,

I've often wondered about anxiety and mood changes. Sometimes the anxiety builds up over time and we just get angry about feeling so bad. My experience has been that getting angry can override the anxiety and make me feel better for a while. It blows off a bit of steam.

Problem is, people around us can suffer from our anger and that's not good. Life is full of people who take their problems out on someone else, it seems to be second nature. The problem for those of us who feel ill a lot of the time, is to express our frustration without wrecking our relationships - that's the trick.

With quick mood changes we need to get a stable view of what's going on, and be aware of the changed mood, rather than being suckered by the mood change every time it happens.

It's achievable.

Cheers, Myzen.
