I've had it twice. What I want to know is, can you get it even around an already-closed wound? The foot I got the stitches in the bottom of a few months ago hurts again just like it did then. I can't tell if it's all red and puffy, because most of the bottom of my foot looks red and puffy.

My calf hurts too.

I'm so tired of all this. Kurt Vonnegut wrote a short story once where humanity had evolved out of bodies. They kept the really attractive ones in a warehouse for parades and things, and people could rent them out for an afternoon or something, jump in, then jump out and nobody ever got sick, etc. It sounds lovely to me.
