This morning I was pretty tired, had very tired legs, not to mention the chemical smell outside was awful today, so I stuck with a gentle pilates video. It felt so good on my muscles & body. I definitely need to remind myself to slow down now and again, especially from power walking/jogging in the heat & humidity outside.
