So going to my parents soon have brought up feelings of just how sick I was as a kid. Highlight to read

Possible trigger:

I had a plan to hurt someone (that I had huge respect for) to see if people and animals had a soul. I was 14. Can I still get in trouble for planning something like that now? or is there a statue of limitation? I don't want to get in trouble if I tell my therapist but I feel I need help re-framing it before going and seeing the person (Yes I still visit the person every time I go visit my parents) no one knows (besides my husband that I was that sick at that age)
