I woke up sick again. Real nauseated and perspiring. Then I threw up black stuff. I had a bleeding stomach ulcer in 2022. Looks like I've got it again.

At least I'm not depressed. Nothing feels as bad as depression. I healed up in '22. I'll heal up again.
