It was easy to build that habit because the sensation in the mouth after flossing or water flossing is pleasant.
What I struggle with these days is applying less pressure during brushing. My Oral-B comes with an app that traces my brushing via Bluetooth. I routinely overpress 25% of the time. And that is bad for the tooth enamel.
