I will start a trial of Xyrem soon. I am supposed to be contacted by a specialty pharmacy, as Xyrem is not distributed through regular pharmacies.
This is with the working dx of IH.

Gabapentin 1500 mg+Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects)
Long-term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued:
- Hypothyroidism
- Obesity BMI ~ 38
