I’ve never heard about pelvic floor muscles needing a rest either, my app just tells me to do 3 sets a day every day.
Recovery run this morning and it felt good, 15c and light rain. I was trashed yesterday after the long run when it’s normally the day afterwards I’m trashed so I’m hoping that means today will be better.
