@ raspberrytorte - Yes, you describe it perfectly! I was having hot flashes this morning and that's exactly what I felt like. Same at night when I have them usually before falling asleep.
I'm not sure if this is related to perimenopause or what, but has anyone experienced hair changes (not just losing hair or it turning gray) but changes in texture for example? So my hair used to be 100% straight. Flat as flat can be. But lately it's been wavy and curling especially if I air dry it and don't brush it. The same is happening to my 2 sisters, especially my middle sister, who is only around 16 months younger than I am. It is true our mom has wavy hair, but my mom has had wavy hair her entire life or at least from her teenage years on. Mine has just started this and has gotten wavier the older I get. I just think it's weird, and it's not just me but my sisters too. We are all in our 40s.
