Another not great. So many changes have been imposed at my work with little chance to get up to speed. Everything seems so negative and punitive. I hate it and it seems like no one is happy. The last time a workplace of mine did something like that it was an excuse to fire people. I sort of snapped at my project manager today because I just couldn't take it. I am so tense, my back and neck are killing me.
