I did 750 reps with my ab roller. Then I was in the heat for a bit and I think I burned some good calories. Breakfast was a protein shake, 3 light vanilla yogurts and some rice crackers. I had a couple mini cucumbers for lunch. Not sure on the rest of the day. I have one salad left. I have a box of pasta salad too. Idk.
