Slept 2 hours then was up until 4 talking to a nurse for 40 minutes! She said a whole bunch of stuff about sleep hygiene which I already know and my bedtime routine hasn’t changed in months so I think it’s the Vraylar increase- Dr Google says some people get insomnia from Vraylar! Fml
