I just ate Vegemite and cheese on toast. It was so good! Given I never eat bread I’m impressed. It’s just what the doctor ordered. I’ll just stay off the scale haha.

This coming week is going to be GREAT. I have Tuesday off work because I have to take my son into the city to see his paediatrician. Takes about 2 hours to get there. Then I’ve got Wednesday off work because I’m seeing my pdoc. He’s 1.5 hours drive. The drive is okay. Could be better but could be worse. It’s on the freeway. Just hope there are no break downs making me late. I worry about that all the time when I go there. I don’t want to change pdocs because he’s known me for 5 years and he’s pretty good!
