I have listened to a short audiobook called "Skincare hoax," written by a New York dermatologist whose last name is Frey. While I disagree with some of her recommendations, overall I found the book useful and wanted to mention it on this thread because she citrs research that shows that older people are happier, better able to handle conflict, less stressed out and less angry, all because their life experience has taught them a few things and has enabled them to take a more useful perspective when faced with challenges.
