I woke up early and I did 40 crunches and 40 reverse crunches. 30 or 40 reps with my weigIts both up and sideways. So like 60-80 reps total. 10 squats, and 500 reps with my ab roller.
I don't have anymore pain from working out. It was just that one dag
I was about 1.5 pounds less today.
