Finally got a response from psych NP! She said Vraylar 4.5 takes a week or more re to kick in and “it’s not magic”. I didn’t recognize yesterday’s - or Fri or sat- rapid cycling as I never rapid cycle! We’re adding .5 risperdal at night for the audio hallucinations.

Thank god I got a response!! It’s been a long week! Case manager even apologized for going home early Friday when I was in such a bad state crying etc.
