He does not deserve you - he is disrespectful towards you, hypocritical in preaching something yet he acts the opposite & you are the only one putting any work in this relationship.

This is not a 'healthy' relationship. He is immature and not ready for the give-and-take (e.g. emotional, communication) that makes for a healthy relationship.
