No. I did 45min of HIIT at 2am and have been walking/running around the city most of the day in 95F heat and this is sooooooooooo much healthier than talking through my trauma and fighting guards when I threaten to turn a vending machine into a bomb when someone walks in the building with the same hair color as just somebody that I used to know.

Just kidding. I’m hallucinating and have at least 5 muscle spasms upon starting to digest large meals that I am now craving because I burn so much more than I take in and that takes a helluva toll.

But don’t be afraid to workout if it makes you feel good, just moderate and do a variety of exercises and take rest days and keep an eye on if being inactive and having a second to FEEL THINGS makes you want to jump from tall places. (don’t be like me and do HIIT daily and obsess about getting at least a dozen miles in a day or couple dozen if I take the bike at any point).
