Right, yeah? And don/t drink any coffee b/c you haven't slept, you have a pounding headhache from caffeine w/drawal and you've been extremely sick with a stomach virus Fri. night to Monday morning?!!! And you maybe can keep coffee down, but maybe not and don't dringk it! But, the headache, the illenss, the ED, the \bipolar, the OCD,. the panic distroder, the Ptsd has too stay undwer conrtol to. just hold it together. j Wiat? Oh, no! My family almost took me to the psych ER this weekend too?
Can I still drink coffee & exercise? Well, considering I have an ED.
