I can understand not wanting to leave your current job. But in case it leaves you, may I suggest something?
If you get paid through direct deposit, download the "pay stubs" that show gross income and how much you pay in insurance. When you stop working for that employer, you might not be able to access that information. As well, gather together all those agreements you signed (non disclosure agreement, non compete agreement -- make sure you have copies at home. And if you can, try to get a phone list for your coworkers as well as a client list and vendor list. These have contacts whom you can network with later on.
