Blueberrybook do you like peanut butter? It’s a good way to get extra calories but nutritious too. I like it on oatcakes with banana slices and it’s not all that filling but sustaining if that makes sense. How about olives? I know some people gag at those but if you like them they’re quite calorific, again nice as small snacks. Pistachio nuts are great too as are pieces of cheese.
Sorry I just reread that you don’t have pb which I’m guessing is peanut butter. That’s too bad. If you don’t have too much in crackers or toast are always good options I find.
