Had a good day. My groceries came without drama. Then I joined the craft project and got to make a lovely 3D flower picture. Then we played 10,000 for a while. Now I’m having a supper of deli turkey wrapped in provolone cheese as I’m on a low fiber diet until next week when I have my colonoscopy. Not looking forward to the prep day!

Colonoscopy prep is terrible!!! But I was in the hospital inpatient last November for my last one and the nurse put the prep on ice in the cup with a straw and that made it bearable!
