Been there and it was bad. Was at a GM dealership and it was with a new guy. I was getting the good jobs and that changed. He got them and I got the crap jobs. Boss did resolve it and found out the service manger was favoring this new guy after he was being bribed by him. That new guy did not last long, comebacks and I fixed his screw ups after he was fired. That service manager got fired as well which I did get along with 50% of the time.
