Sorry if I am doing this wrong this is very new to me. I am on 20mg Lexapro,120 mg cymbalta,18mg concerta and 12 mg of ambien at night xanax when needed. Is this a healthy amount of meds? like I said this is new and I have concerns about what this is doing to my long term health. I have depression, anxiety, ocd (mild) and add. Have always been emotional. Feeling a little like an oddity. a friend told me about this website.
