Had a pretty good day so far. Went to eat Mexican with my friend from my sci-fi group. Had Chimichangas wtih some rice, it was really good. It was nice getting together with her. My other friend canceled because she wasn't feeling well, as well as my friend from Poland. I am okay though, it gives me more time to clean and get things done around my house preparing for my big weekend, next weekend, when my friend stays over Friday night when we go to our Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy show. Also, it gives me more time to watch Xena: Warrior Princess, lol.
Glad you're feeling better @Blue_Bird - I hope you have fun with your sister tonight. I know things can get overwhelming.
I feel really good that I got out and bought myself some new fuzzy slippers yesterday. I can't believe I let mine get so old and broken up. It was time to let them go.
I also heard the store "Claire's" is closing too, they declared bankrupcy. That's where I got all six of my holes pierced in the early 90s. I loved all their cute hairties, earrings and accessories. Shame to see them go.
