I did my sqauts, bicep curls, and up and sideways weights. I still need to do my sit ups and ab roller.
Food wise things have been fine. I can't really eat a lot of solid foods but I still ate decently today.
My weight was 2 pounds less today but I was pretty sick last night and I also worked out
