A breathing exercise I wrote in a notebook a few months ago and rediscovered this weekend, I think from the book Emotional Freedom by Judith Orloff. Breathe in and say to yourself “I am”, breathe out and say to yourself “Relaxed”. Helped me fall back asleep this morning.
