I hope you are able to haver at least a good birthday with some ice cream @raspberrytorte - I might get some for myself right now!
I also hope you have a good birthday too @JaneOnceMore - my mom and dad never really made a big fuss over mine, but I try to enjoy them on my own. Getting flowers sounds like an amazing idea! I am glad you have fond memories of your mom.
@June08 - I am so glad your pdoc appointment went well, I can relate to some of your thoughts, they can be crippling to me at times. I am glad you had the ed adjustment, I hope it helps you. 
@Blue_Bird - I am glad you're feeling better, hope you have a wonderful relaxing day.
I am in good spirits - but just very tired. I am sleeping but it is not nearly enough. I have a busy week planned, but I am not looking forward to it. Just been preparing for my bestie to come over this weekend, and it's taken a lot out of me. I am worried about Friday night too because I am going to very tempted to have a drink, and with the way I have been feeling lately, with all these emotions, I am scared of relapse.
Also, prayers and thoughts going out to @Blueberrybook - hope she is getting the help she needs and getting plenty of rest.
