Seems Vraylar takes a month to fully kick in! I started it on 7/30. Friend stopped talking to me. To much of a “truth serum “. I didn’t mean to hurt anybody. At least the risperdal has helped with sleep and psychosis. I feel bad! I may have lost my good friend of 21 years! 😩
