not to make it light or anything but, much like a diet, therapy and facing our issues can start off very "gung ho" and with great results and then we're left feeling worn out and deprived. like a diet also, it has plateau'ed with me.

you have to put in what you're taking out here. you have to make sure to keep replenishing the resources that you're using up...it needs to be paced in order to do that. you've made huge steps in "putting it all on the table" you have quite a spread in front of you...now, just be careful in choosing from your spread only what you can chew and digest right now. the rest will wait until it's time for leftovers

be very good to yourself right now. you may have to "shut down" for a few days to regain some of your resources. have a day in bed with the t.v.? sounds good to me...i wanna!
