Hi, I don't think it's a stupid question. And no two multiples are ever the same as well. When it comes to dealing with a situation it just really depends on what kind of situation it is. In my system there are 23 of us, so it gets really noisy and confusing a lot of the time. We have atlers and fragments. But many of my alters who deal with things are my emotional alters. Since I'm still learning what emotions are and how to express them in the right way. Many times if I'm triggered one of my emotional alters will take over for me. I know of one who my T and I are having to deal with now has grown with the body and is young then I am, but she is not a child. But I have a large number of child alters. And one who Loves to come out and watch TV. She also has my husband wrapped around her little finger and can get him to buy any toy she see's in the store.
