Hi Rem,

Completely agree with Kimmy. When we get a brighter time, I think that we try to grab it, and get back to the 'normal' me as quick as we can. I have had some of this myself recently.

In a way, the rush to do as much as possible seems to increase the disappointment when we feel wobbly again. The 'all or nothing' thinking might be behind this, and I have been trying to enjoy a better time, but with a realistic awareness that there can be a dip anytime.

For me, the hardest thing is not going with the improvements, but getting through those dips. Like Kimmy says, having a few quiet days as and when needed is always a good standby.

Hope it gets easier, and stays that way.

Cheers, Myzen.
