You know what I hate?

When you get so deep down in it that you become paralyzed. And you can't move. And you know what has to be done and you can't do it. And you don't want to. When you have done it before and still can't do it now. When you know the right things to say to others, but can't convince yourself. When it all just seems so big and "baby steps" don't help.
