I weighed 2 pounds less at the doctors then I did on July 24th for another appointment. I've eaten ok today and I did 84 crunches, about 130 reps with my weights. 30 up and down and 50 bicep reps on each arm. Then I did 200 reps with my ab roller. I need to do the squats and maybe some more with my ab roller
Working out helps a lot with my anxiety.
