If I wasn’t paying out of pocket for Zepbound I definitely would have gotten myself a personal trainer. There is so much benefit to having someone who can guide us on how to strengthen our body. Maybe once I’ve lost weight and have my food under control and stop the shots-I will get a personal trainer. The Zepbound is costly.
