Today I see my gp for my ozempic script. It’s a fill in gp not my regular one because my regular one is not available. She’s not going to be happy. In a month I’ve lost no weight. Totally my own doing. I’m ashamed I don’t even want to get on the scale. I’ve been allowing myself treats and what not and it’s backfired. I have 6kg to go until I’m at goal weight so it’s not like I’m obese like I was in the past. My bmi just says I’m overweight by 2 points which I can fix. The main driver is the wedding in April! Need to look good in my pictures.
