I had such a busy day today and had to go out super early for my long run to fit it all in, it was dark and I didn’t see anyone for the first 20 minutes or so, it was quite nice solitude though. 11 and a half miles, and then a lot of walking around a living museum today so over 38,000 steps- oh boy am I tired.
