I weighed 187 this morning. slowly losing but I am going to continue the injections. I used my alcohol swabs to swipe the area and the gauze to dry it up. Then proceeded to give my self the injection in the wrong place.
I did not realize this until I developed a redness about the size of a quarter.
That was monday and today it is a light pink and about the size of a nickle so it is getting smaller also. It does not hurt.
I will be judicious this next injection. I have been putting 2.5% cortisone ointment on it for the past 2 days.I am a size 16 wide. so I have lost inches as well, used to be an 18 wide, in my pants. and my bra is starting to sag so it may be time to get some new bras.
