I did 45 minutes of upper body strength training at Orangetheory and the couch nicely adjusted the exercises to sitting and lying down position for me, as I should not near weight on my foot. I worked the arm muscles to failure and that felt good..
2 sets of Australian exercises today.

I actually do have an Orangetheory near me. It’s in the town about 15 minutes away from where I live and work. Maybe I can stop in one day and ask about it. I never looked into something like that because I thought the exercise would be too intense but if the trainer is willing to modify things on an individual basis I would definitely try it out.
