It must be laundry day because I did mine too. The dryer even mostly dried things except some socks and my towels! Some days you just win!

I also found this shirt on reddit that says "I Lie To My Therapist" which of course I ordered as soon as I found it haha. I'm going to wear it every Tuesday as long as my sessions are Tuesdays. I hope it comes in by next week because I see my pdoc too lol.

Haven't thrown up breakfast yet, but I still feel some of it sitting (I tried making a "breakfast chocolate bar" with chocolate instant breakfast powder, cocoa powder, whey protein powder, and coconut oil, and it tasted like more so I had the whole thing and that was wayyyy too much coconut oil for my stomach). Had almonds too. I seem to be having a particularly hard time with fats which I guess makes sense because I severely limited any fat intake basically all year and just got rid of the idea of "safe" and "fear" foods, but I guess I have to go back to "safe" foods but in a "what can I digest" way not the "make the ED voice happy" way
