(((daynnight)))
I'm sorry also that you feel so sad.
When I am down like this, I try to remember what I was like at a different time.
Say 19, when I was strong, (stupidly) fearless, and worked to get what i wanted and needed. And did. Before the bad stuff started dragging me down, there was a time I was filled with dreams, and good intentions. That's where I go and re-visit.
It might help. Try it. Remember when you felt so much better.
Then the trick is, to own it for yourself right now.
The next thought is the one that changes everything.
I hope you can allow it in.
Problem is, i forget this too.
Friends help us remember that we can think differently, to be happier, improve, do better, or become as peaceful as possible.
This is why I better write this out somewhere and keep it around.
I also need to remember all I am capable of, and all that I am ... not by others definitions, but from my own actualized life.
The qualities you have and the lovely person you are is what matters most, along with how responsible you have chosen to be by way of being a Mom, and the things about you that you might miss right now - it's all waiting in the wings for you , to be reclaimed and take you further along our journey, in peace.
Hope you bounce back soon ...
love,
night
