Hello.

I've got the permissions set as directed, and I've tried about a dozen different permutations of the pathnames (double-slashes, single slashes, path including a drive letter and without, path from the server name, path to the server root).

Nothing works. I just keep getting the message that "oj.cgi is not a valid Windows NT application." Perhaps I don't know how to get the weblog started (there are actually no instructions on this).

Please be kind to a neophyte. I'm just a librarian. Thanks.
