Bipolar runs in my family, my mother also suffers and has for as long as I can remember. She has suicidal tendencies that increased when my father died several years ago. She’s been on Zyprexa and Effexor since Zyprexa came out. Due to the side effects of Zyprexa her doctor has tried to eliminate the drug from her combo many times (each time a new drug came on the market). Nothing has worked as well as the Zyprexa.
