After the 3rd time he double booked me (this most recent time was the 4th), I called him onto the carpet and told him this was unacceptable. He agreed. I then asked him what he was going to do to remedy this. And he gave me several things he was going to do to make sure these scheduling snafus didn't happen anymore. One of them was that he was going to hire a part-time secretary! He never did, lol, but he did do some of the other things. Since that conversation, which was months and months ago, we have had no double bookings, so he did improve. But now he's had another screw up. Oh, well.
