Smiling at a stranger and them smiling back...

Someone allowing me to pull out into traffic ahead of them, then paying it forward to the next person...(with a wave and a smile of course!)

Thanking the mailman and garbageman for the jobs they do day in and day out in all kinds of weather.....(seeing their faces when thanked is really cool LOL)...
