LMo, I don't know whether your question was directed at me or not. But anyway, I've never taken any pharmaceuticals for anxiety or depression and never will. What I know about them through a great deal of self education scares me to no end. I go all natural. For depression, I take Rosemary capsules. This herb is an ancient treatment for memory problems and depression. It really makes a difference for me. I supplement that with Cayenne and Ginseng for energy. In addition to that, the Cayenne cured my acid reflux. Sounds funny but it's actually great for the digestive system, not to mention the immune system. If I get the flu at all, it's been so mild and I fight it off in a couple of days. The side effects I get from alternative meds are health benefits. To each his own, I guess. I don't know about therapy. Seems so many keep doing it and keep having problems. Right now, my self esteem is probably the highest it's ever been. A special friend of mine, who I had feared was ignoring me becaue of my "looks", has shown that those fears were completely wrong. She really believes in me and it's done wonders. I'm not used to having nothing to complain about. lol
