Now there's a thought.....or how about writing out what you need to say...journaling?? Another idea....have you ever said good night to your body as you lie down to sleep? I do that when my mind won't shut down and I can't get comfy....I start with my toes and say goodnight to each body part (in my mind) all the way up to my head. Many times I don't get past my arms and shoulders and I'm asleep
