Do you have more stress in your life right now that might be triggering the detached feelings? For me, stress makes everything a little worse. Have you been able to tell your therapist about the detached feelings? I think it's a pretty normal feeling that goes along with trauma (I say that like trauma is normal

).
There have been times when I don't quite leave my brain completely but sit up on the ceiling or there abouts, watching myself. It's a pretty safe feeling for me. When things get too bad, I tend to leave completely for lengths of time and come back in another place doing something completely different.
Has this always happened to you or is it a new occurrence thing?
