Don't know how many of you have noticed my new avatar since I haven't been posting as much in the last couple of days. I changed it to help me feel positive and to also help me climb out ot of the abyss. It's starting to work.

But it's also for the little bear to throw kisses at everybody here so that you can all feel a little bit of love. I hope it is working for y'all.
