Most people take pain relievers to relieve the pain... Do you mean the headache increased after taking it, or it started after you took it? Why would you take a pain reliever if your head wasn't hurting to begin with? I've heard a lot of medications can cause the adverse effect if taken and not needing it, so that may be your answers, who knows...
